Proposals aren't chaos, proposals are hell

That's how Laura Ricci opens her post, Keeping Your Head When All Around are Losing Theirs, where she points out how she keeps cool under the fire that is proposals on her blog, "Laura’s Winning Ideas."

Laura's post resonated with me because one of the traits a proposal writer must have is cool under fire. Since most proposals are hell, sometimes the ability to stay cool is more important than pure technical ability.

The best line - A proposal team working in chaos up to the last moment doesn't check anything, and doesn’t catch glitches.
